My Daily Training Diet Log Site Instructions
Requirements
- View with a PC using Internet Explorer.
Register
- All the require fields have an * (asterisk) symbol.
Log On
- Enter username and password.
Username/Password
- NOTE! Write down your user name and password, we don't have it.
Upload Photo
- Use jpegs less than 100 kbs in size.
- "Change photo" link will let you browse your hard drive for a photo.
- The photo will resize automatically,so you don't have to submit a tiny photo.
- When uploaded, click on photo and it will enlarge to original size in pop up window.
Text Fields
- All text areas are 250 characters in length. Olny input data when you actually do it. Do say none or no just leave that text feild blank if you haven't used it.
Edit Mode
- You can edit any day of the month anytime.
Submit Mode
- You can re-submit over and over on any day of the month including the day you are on.
- Make sure you submit before you go to another page or you will lose that information.
View Mode
- Lets you see all the text you submitted at it's full length in each category you submitted.
Printer Mode
- You can preview your daily results and print it out. It formats it to an 8 1/2" x 11".
Yes / No Radio Buttons
- On the days you train, hit "yes". It will highlight that day on the calendar.
- Hit "no" to just add your diet and the day will not be highlighted.
- Select either "yes" or "no" daily to maintain your entire month training/ diet log.
User Suspension
- If you want to delete your profile hit remove on your user page.
